Maybe I'll do this in bullets.

I haven't been on much, have I? Well, I come on to browse/comment/fave art and read journals, answer polls. I'm sorry for my very delayed responses to replies. I will be getting to those as soon as I can!

I still have some art I need to post! Lots of it! (Wow, that said nothing.) I have two giftart pieces for *Silverlegends --one for his birthday, and the other an old Mercury drawing.

And speaking of *Silverlegends, I need to draw some Neptune Month art. I've made some attempts--but always with favorite characters (like Rosalina and Neptune, especially), I'm so picky about the art. It has to be perfect in my eyes. So...those attempts were discarded. But I will be trying again.

Some boring news, I'm not doing so well with NaNoWriMo. 626 words, and we're halfway through the month.

Analysis, not combinatorics, is killing my soul. I have an exam tomorrow (Monday) and I'm not sure how I'll do.

I have a Behringer upright piano! As a result, I'm getting about six hours of practice a day. Well, not this weekend no thanks to lack of studying for analysis. But all of my analysis notebooks and books are open except for the ones I threw somewhere, but that's only two out of the half-dozen or so books I'm using to pass that class. But I mean--wait, why am I talking about analysis again when I'm supposed to be about my new piano?

And something I'm really for, hence the mood. Nodame Movie coming out next month!! Of course, since it comes out in Japan, I'll have to wait a bit before I can see it. But still--this is so exciting! I honestly thought they were going to stop at the special...well, or make a second season--but this is so cool and exciting! And I've been meaning to watch the series--special and all--for a while. Curses, analysis, for putting a damper on that plan!

Well, analysis is the reason I'm also not doing NaNoWriMo as efficiently as I hoped. I even skip meals to study with fellow grad students, and between trying to understand Rudin's stupid handwaving, complaining, and my drawing "Insert Basilisk Fang Here" pointing to a in the center of my Rudin, I'd have to say I think I'm feeling a bit...maybe a bit...better about tomorrow's exam? I can't really say though.
